These terms apply to goods supplied by RR MAHAJAN LIMITED (registered in England & Wales, company no. 17277947) from Unit 64, Percy Business Park, Rounds Green Road, Oldbury, B69 2RD, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Trade accounts and eligibility

Trade supply is for business customers — shops, cafés, takeaways, restaurants, schools, offices and care homes. We may ask for business details before opening an account and may decline or close accounts at our discretion.

Prices and VAT

• Case prices are quoted exclusive of VAT, which is added at the prevailing rate on the invoice.
• Prices may change with the market; the price confirmed on your order is the price you pay.
• There is a £50 minimum order for trade supply and delivery. Delivery is free within 10 miles on orders over £120; otherwise a flat £6.50 applies, or collection from the counter is free.

Ordering

Orders may be placed by phone, WhatsApp, email or in person. Orders confirmed by 17:00 Monday–Friday are scheduled for the next working day, subject to stock. Where a line is unavailable we will call you before substituting anything.

International (export) orders

• Export orders are quoted and invoiced in GBP, USD or EUR under agreed Incoterms; title and risk pass according to those terms.
• Unless quoted DDP, the customer is importer of record and is responsible for import duties, taxes and clearance in the destination country.
• We provide commercial invoices, HS codes, packing lists and certificates of origin with every international shipment.
• International trade customers may pay by debit or credit card, or by bank transfer. For first export orders we may carry out additional business verification before dispatch.

Payment

New accounts are pro forma (payment on or before collection/delivery). Credit terms of 14 days may be offered after a trading history, subject to status checks. Late balances may attract interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Age-restricted goods

Age-restricted lines are supplied for business resale only. Resale compliance (including Challenge 25) is the customer's responsibility as a retailer.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or your statutory rights. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods in that order.
